* Analyze the end-to-end client journey and usage patterns to uncover insights that improve experience, performance, and conversion.
* Identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities to enhance efficiency, engagement, and retention.
* Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data -driven decision-making across teams.
* Work extensively with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, HubSpot, Google Sheets, and other BI systems.
* Leverage Mixpanel and GA to track user behavior, conversion funnels, and retention trends, turning raw data into actionable strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams Product, Marketing, Tech, and Compliance - to align journey insights with strategic initiatives. Marketing Automation & Customer Engagement Design, implement, and optimize Marketing Automation flows and lifecycle campaign s that drive engagement and retention.
* Work with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, salesforce, or similar) to build personalized and data -driven communication strategies.
* Develop and execute onboarding, reactivation, and nurture campaigns that close the loop between marketing and customer experience.
* Translate behavioral data into targeted, automated messaging that strengthens customer relationships and loyalty. Project Management & system Implementation
* Lead and coordinate cross-departmental projects involving product, marketing, tech, and business stakeholders.
* Implement and manage systems such as data Analytics, CRM, and Marketing Automation platforms Optimize internal workflows and operational processes based on analytical findings.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in data Analysis, Business Analysis, Growth, Project Management preferably in fintech, SaaS, or digital services.
* Strong analytical skills with proven proficiency in Mixpanel, Google Analytics, BI tools, SQL, and Excel/Google Sheets. Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, salesforce, ActiveCampaign).
* Demonstrated ability to plan and execute automated customer journeys and data -driven lifecycle campaigns. Holistic understanding of customer and product journeys, including acquisition, conversion, and retention flows.
* Proven ability to manage and deliver complex, cross-functional projects.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
* Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
