Deep understanding of rewarded ads design:
Reward types (soft/hard currency, extra lives, boosts, skips)
Placement strategy and frequency capping
Player motivation and behavioral impact
Strong knowledge of ads monetization metrics:
ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rate, ad engagement rate, LTV, retention, churn
Experience balancing player experience vs. revenue, especially avoiding ad fatigue.
Ability to define and run A/B tests for rewarded ads, interstitials, and hybrid monetization setups.
Ability to analyze funnels, cohorts, and ad performance to drive product decisions.
Working in Agile methodologies (managing backlogs, writing user stories, dev sprints)
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Strong communication skills in English
Fluent Ukrainian as a language to allow working with Ukrainian dev team
Ability to work in flexible US time zone hours
Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in mobile gaming apps and rewarded ads.
Strong hands-on experience with rewarded advertising as a core monetization mechanic.
Practical experience with ad tech ecosystems, including video display, mediation platforms, and ad networks.
Proven track record of working on live products with continuous iteration, live-ops, and monetization optimization.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, game design, analytics, UA/marketing).
Solid understanding of mobile platforms ( IOS / Android ).
Knowledge of privacy and compliance requirements (ATT, GDPR, COPPA).
Experience working with international teams or global products.
