What you'll do:
Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Creative Optimization suite, from market entry to scale.
Develop strategic positioning and messaging that differentiates our Creative Optimization solutions in the market.
Lead and collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue impact.
Define and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including ABM, field marketing, and product marketing strategies to engage key audiences.
Be hands-onexecute impactful marketing programs while developing scalable frameworks for future growth.
Leverage data-driven decision-making to analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer feedback, iterating on strategies to optimize results.
Act as a thought leader, producing compelling content, webinars, and industry insights that establish us as a leader in creative optimization.
Requirements: What you have:
7+ years of B2B/SaaS marketing experience, with a strong focus on go-to-market strategy and execution.
Proven track record of launching and scaling new products from 0-1, ideally in a market penetration or startup-like environment.
Strong leadership skillscapable of driving execution without direct authority while inspiring and mobilizing teams.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a knack for turning complex concepts into compelling narratives.
Strategic mindsetbig-picture thinking combined with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.
Hands-on experience with ABM, demand generation, field marketing, and product marketing strategies.
Resilience and adaptabilitythriving in fast-paced environments, tackling challenges with a growth-oriented mindset.
