Analyzes, assesses, and improves Valves and Flange asset integrity, reliability, and preventative as well as predictive maintenance programs.
Manages critical valve maintenance program for the Business Unit - identification, preventative maintenance program development and sustainment, and corrective repair for all assets in the Business Unit.
Leads identification and implementation of centralized vs facility led maintenance work activities for fixed equipment and valves across the Business Unit.
Performs/participates in inspections, reliability incident investigations, optimizations, and mechanical integrity reviews; incorporates findings into the asset care strategy.
Performs routine tasks independently. General supervision of non-routine work. Has basic knowledge of Chevron policies and practices.

Experience with Safe Work practices and procedures such as Isolation of Hazardous Energy, Confined Space Entry, Hot Work and Permit to Work systems.
Technical Knowledge - Experience with fixed equipment and Valve maintenance and troubleshooting. Broad knowledge of piping, fixed equipment, valves, welding, and reliability programs. Well versed in Work Order Management and Preventative maintenance platforms, ITPM development, valve maintenance. Experience in Operations / Maintenance / Engineering Support. Experience in supporting fixed equipment and valves maintenance activities and support of Turnaround (TAR) work scope planning and execution. Strong problem resolution skills.
