Analyze demand patterns and adjust inventory parameters to optimize stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
Monitor and track supplier performance metrics, including on-time delivery and quality, and address any issues or discrepancies.
Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
Generate reports and metrics to provide visibility into material planning performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field- must
5 years of experience in material planning, production scheduling, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems - Priority - must
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
