Our Networking IC Product Engineering team is looking for a Post Si Characterization and Validation engineer, to take part of Network ASIC, SOC and SiPh ICs characterization efforts of speed, logic, memory, power and analog circuits both using ATE and system level testing. What you'll be doing:

The position includes taking ownership of characterization of IC performance and power parameters, developing new characterization and analysis capabilities, enabling the qualification of new and improvement of future products. Take important part in definition of requirements for post-SI validation, as well as IC power and performance characterization.

We are looking for Process Engineer Overseas Assignment (China) Job description We are seeking a qualified and motivated Process Engineer to oversee production activities at a contract manufacturer site in China. This role involves supervising the technical and operational aspects of outsourced manufacturing to ensure compliance with our company’s standards in quality, efficiency, and process consistency. The successful candidate will act as the main technical liaison between our internal teams and the external manufacturing partner. This position will require short term assignments to China for periods of two weeks (50% travling) at a time, every month.

Responsibilities:


* Oversee production operations at the contract manufacturing site to ensure compliance with process standards and product specifications.
* Monitor production KPIs, identify process deviations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Work closely with the contract manufacturer to implement and sustain process improvements.
* Serve as the technical point of contact between the contract manufacturer and the headquarters team.
* Conduct audits, process validations, and risk assessments as required.
* Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and training related to new or revised processes.

The Senior Optical Systems Engineer will have responsibility for working closely with the test cell development team to understand test hardware software and algorithms. The candidate will develop optical test instrumentation architecture for emerging markets within semiconductor test. Instrumentation may include laser sources, polarizers, optical fibers and connectors, optical sensors, photo-diodes, along with motion systems, cameras, and image-analysis software. As a member of the Silicon Photonics Engineering team, you will be a key player delivering test solutions and deployment at customers sites. Design and model active Silicon Photonics devices; own specs, compact models, and layout intent. Drive design for manufacturability: analyze performance across process/voltage/temperature corners and wafer variability; run Monte-Carlo/tolerance studies. Build scripted, parametric simulation flows (sweeps/optimization) and extract figures of merit (EO S21, VL, responsivity, dark current, bandwidth, IL). Plan and execute lab/wafer-level measurements; close the model-to-silicon loop by comparing data to simulations and updating models. Collaborate with process, TEST, and packaging teams on masks, runsets, and DFT/DFM reviews.
