Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-growing startup-
must.
Hands-on technical recruiting experience (R&D, Product, Data/Analytics roles).
Real AI capabilities - you're actively using AI tools in your recruiting work, not just aware of them.
Data-driven decision making- you use data to inform sourcing strategies, evaluate pipelines, and improve outcomes.
Global recruiting experience- cross-border hiring across multiple regions or markets.
