Requirements:
salesforce Manager (6104) In this role, you will lead the salesforce and digital solutions function, working closely with internal business stakeholders across marketing, sales, service, operations, and additional business units. You will manage the full lifecycle of salesforce delivery including business analysis, process design, implementation, integrations, and ongoing optimization.
The role includes managing a team of project managers, system analysts, and SF specialists, while ensuring high quality delivery, user adoption, and continuous improvement of organizational processes. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the CRM team, including coaching, professional development, task allocation, and performance oversight.
Full ownership of the salesforce platform: requirements definition, configuration, upgrades, integrations, and user enablement.
Analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective, scalable system solutions.
Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders: needs assessment, prioritization, expectation management, and partnership building.
Oversee delivery quality, workflows, and execution across the CRM / IT systems team.
Drive process improvement through automation, standardization, and digital innovation.
Work with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including management of external vendors and implementation partners.
Apply strong business understanding of financial / capital markets environments and relevant regulatory requirements within CRM platforms. Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in business analysis and/or project management within salesforce environments.
At least 3 years of experience managing a professional team
Hands on expertise with salesforce: implementation, configuration, and system ownership
Experience working with internal customers in large or regulated organizations
Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience leading cross organizational projects in Agile environments - advantage.
Strong leadership, communication skills, and a holistic systems mindset. 

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Project Manager, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical design and implementation.
Salesforce Expertise: Experience in design, configuration, and administration.
Strong experience building enterprise-grade automation, including Flow Orchestration, complex Flows, and advanced business logic.
Technical Understanding: Strong experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns, including REST, SOAP, and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with Salesforce development components such as Apex triggers and classes, Lightning Web Components (ability to understand, review, and collaborate on technical solutions).
Integration Experience: Experience working with integration and middleware tools such as Workato, Intercom, or similar platforms. Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (e.g., Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, FormTitan, and others).
Data & System Integrity: Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, asynchronous processing, and data modeling. Ability to design scalable and reliable solutions in a global, high-volume environment.
Service-Oriented: A strong commitment to customer service, with experience working effectively with a diverse global customer base.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple end-to-end projects simultaneously.
Communication: Fluent English with high-level communication abilities.

Requirements:
About You:
4+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce implementor, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, limitations, and the latest technology offerings.
Strong internal client-facing skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to evaluate and improve business processes, identifying inefficiencies and designing scalable Salesforce solutions to enhance operational performance.
experience in APEX and deploying custom Salesforce applications.
Familiarity with APIs and integration technologies (iPass), with hands-on experience developing platform integrations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Org Development Model (e.g., sfdx, scratch orgs) is a plus.
Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., LWC) is a plus.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business processes, dependencies, and organizational needs
Solid understanding of modern software delivery methodologies, including Agile frameworks and classic project management approaches, and confidence switching between them as needed
Familiarity with Information Systems business processes (Sales, Finance, marketing, Support etc.)
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in information systems implementation and maintenance
* Proven experience working with technical vendors and IT/ system teams
* Strong technical orientation and a solid understanding of computing infrastructure
* Analytical mindset with high-level problem-solving and interpersonal skills
* Experience in the Insurance sector - a significant advantage.

Requirements:
3+ years of proven track record in analyzing data using Python and SQL.
Bachelors Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or other quantitative disciplines required.
Experience with Pandas/ Numpy.
Experience in using BI systems, and understanding software systems architecture and databases.
Proven track record of handling large complex datasets, while being detail-oriented and maintaining accuracy.
Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively, thriving in high-pressure environments.
Ability to step outside of an existing process and redefine it and the capability to implement processes where one is lacking.
Experience with Looker - an advantage.
English and Hebrew Speaking and writing- Fluent.

Requirements:
Basic Skills/Experience:
Formal project management certification (PMP/Prince2 or similar).
Implementing enterprise-scale software solutions. CRM and Salesforce.com implementation experience preferred.
Demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule.
Demonstrated project management skills with teams of up to 10+ people.
Demonstrated history of delivering high quality results on schedule and within budget.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience.
Strong presentation skills. Able to effectively present and defend point of view to a variety of audiences.
Ability to weigh business and technical requirements to produce project plans and estimates.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Consultant, Developer), preferred, not necessary.
Experience with Salesforce.com configuration and custom development.
Keen ability to quickly connect business requirements with the functional capabilities of the application
Expert in the assessment of business objectives, formulating solution options, and driving stakeholder support
Solid experience leading projects and application solution design efforts
Extensive experience contributing as a direct resource, and managing others on enterprise software deployments.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retention or CRM marketing activities
Strong communication skills with proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM tools and processes, including segmentation, journeys or workflows, triggers, and loyalty programs
Strong analytical mindset with experience working with large datasets to drive decisions
Proven ability to own projects end to end and drive initiatives from idea to measurable results
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
