A Defense Technology startup is looking for a
system Engineer.
Full Time - Sharon area.
Responsibilities -
Own the system architecture and system -level design across the full
product lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand operational
scenarios, performance targets, and product-level requirements.
Translate product requirements into system architectures, system
requirements, and interface definitions.
Lead system -level design decisions and architectural trade-offs to
meet performance, reliability, safety, and scalability objectives.
Provide system -level feasibility assessments, constraints, and trade-
off analyses to support product decisions.
Define and maintain system interfaces, boundaries, and allocation of
responsibilities between subsystems.
Support system integration and cross-domain coordination to ensure
coherent end-to-end system behavior.
Requirements: BSc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical, or
Electronics).
At least 4 years of experience as a system Engineer.
Proven experience developing autonomous, aerial, or defense-grade
systems.
Ability to define and implement system engineering processes and
methodologies.
Strong ability to work independently and within cross-functional
teams.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at
both technical and decision-making levels.
Hebrew, English - Speaking, reading and writing at high level.
Experience in the defense industry - Advantage.
Experience with UAVs, autonomy stacks, robotic systems - Advantage.
