Requirements:
Technically Proficient
With 5+ years of experience in technical support, IT, or a related field, you know your stuff and arent afraid to show it.
Experience with SaaS Platforms
Understanding of cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and IAM solutions (e.g. Okta, Azure AD, or AWS IAM)
Deep understanding of SaaS-specific security challenges, such as multi-tenancy, data segregation, and secure API management.
Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS) .
Experience in troubleshooting network-related issues in a SaaS environment
Analytical Thinking

Design and manage environments simulating customer setups using diverse technologies:
Thousands of VMware-based virtual machines (primarily Windows, some Linux).
Storage systems such as NetApp, EMC, and others.
VRA environments.
Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG) infrastructure.
Additional technologies as required.
Co-manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) for development purposes, including POCs and environment simulations.
Monitor budgets and expenses.
Support development and product teams.
Manage licenses.
Administer M365 tenants for lab purposes.
Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
Collaborate with multiple internal teams - development, support, and product management - to address ongoing needs.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of managerial experience in IT/ DevOps/ infrastructure teams
Extensive experience with IT infrastructure - both cloud and on-premises.
Previous experience as a Lab Manager or similar role.
Proven ability to manage budgets.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service mindset - this role is critical for supporting development teams.
Experience working with a wide range of vendors and integration partners.
