We are seeking a System & Cloud Team Manager with strong technical expertise in cloud, on-prem and system security, combined with strategic vision and proven leadership experience. Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the System & Cloud team, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment.
* Design and implement strategic infrastructure plans for hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, On-Prem).
* Define and execute cloud and system security strategies, including infrastructure hardening and compliance.
* Oversee hybrid integrations and virtualization platforms (Azure, AWS, Vcenter – Broadcom). In this role, you will collaborate with off-the-shelf component vendors to evaluate new technologies for integration into our products, qualify new hardware and firmware releases, and lead debugging efforts on complex technical issues. You will also provide hardware-focused support to internal teams, including Level 3 support, Manufacturing, R&D, QA, and IT.

Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate deep expertise in storage hardware products, including servers, drives, enclosures, and power components.
* Evaluate and qualify new hardware components, actively participating in their integration into the product.

Design, deploy, and operate virtualization solutions that provide high availability, scalability, and performance across a complex on-premises infrastructure.
Design, deploy, operate, and maintain enterprise storage systems, including NetApp ONTAP, VAST Data, and IBM storage platforms.
Integrate and optimize storage solutions within virtualized environments.
Identify and evaluate new technologies relevant to storage and virtualization.
Automate IT processes to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability of infrastructure.
Collaborate with other IT domains to ensure seamless operation of core services.
