Were seeking a Director of Brand to define and elevate our brand identity, positioning, and narrative in the market. This is a high-impact role that will lead our Creative, Content, and Design teams, ensuring we are perceived as the most established, trusted, and differentiated player in our field. This position can be in our TLV offices or our NYC office.
As the Director of Brand, you will own our brand strategy, creative direction, and market perception across all touchpoints. Youll lead storytelling, campaigns, and visual identity, while ensuring brand consistency across the entire company: marketing, sales, product, HR, billing, customer success, events, and beyond. You are the brand owner inside, responsible for shaping how we are perceived in the market and making sure every interaction internal and external reflects a unified, differentiated, and trusted identity.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy: Define and evolve our positioning, narrative, and differentiation in the market.
Creative & Visual Leadership: Own our visual identity, creative standards, and campaign concepts that drive perception shifts and differentiation.
Narrative & Messaging Frameworks: Set the strategic messaging architecture for all content, communications, and campaigns (executed by your team).
Brand Stewardship Across Company: Ensure HR, billing, product, conferences, and every employee/customer touchpoint consistently reflects the brand.
Campaign Leadership: Lead brand-level campaigns designed to strengthen perception and establish us as the most trusted and established player.
Insights & Measurement: Define and track brand perception KPIs (awareness, trust, NPS, share of voice) and adjust strategy accordingly.
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire Creative, Content, and Design leaders (including PR/Comms lead), ensuring they execute in alignment with the brand strategy.
Requirements: 710+ years in brand strategy and marketing leadership, with proven experience shifting brand perception in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Proptech.
Deep expertise in brand communications, creative direction, and market positioning.
Proven ability to lead brand architecture, visual identity, and perception campaigns in competitive categories.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (creative, design, comms) at a senior level.
Data-driven mindset with a track record of measuring and moving brand awareness and perception.
Executive presence and strong influence across leadership, able to align the entire org to a unified brand vision.
