As the Recruiter, you will partner with our managers to meet team recruitment goals by applying creativity and innovation to the sourcing, engagement, and hiring process.
Own the sourcing chain
Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to thoroughly understand the positions details and requirements
Build a talent pipeline through sourcing
Find and engage passive candidates, and create effective search strategies by using different tools such as Linkedin, community forums, Facebook, etc.
Engage on all social platforms and use them to increase candidates' awareness and boost our companys brand and reputation as a leading employer.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies to continuously improve our processes while always looking for new resources for sourcing
Screen and interview potential candidates.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources/ Psychology/ Behavioral Science, or any other relevant field.
1+ years experience in sourcing, and an excellent understanding of how to use direct sourcing channels (i.e. headhunting, networking, employee referrals, job boards, etc.)
Experience in sourcing for R&D tech-related roles
High level of English - written and verbal - Must
Strong ability to both screen and sell an opportunity for passive candidates
Maintaining deep relationships with potential candidates
Innovative and creative mindset

High level of efficiency, time management, and the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
