we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Customer Success Manager and Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This strategic role bridges technical expertise with customer engagement, ensuring that our enterprise customers achieve their business objectives through MazeBolts cutting-edge security products. This is a key role in MazeBolts success. You will serve as both a trusted advisor and technical expert, working directly with customers from onboarding through adoption and long-term success. You will also play a key role in supporting the global sales team by delivering technical presentations, guiding proof-of-concepts, and ensuring smooth evaluations that lead to customer wins and renewals. You will be managing our customers and making sure all get the value they deserve and that the value is delivered through excellent service and account management. This position requires someone with strong cybersecurity and networking knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Success & Account Management
* Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 organizations
* Manage the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
* Understand customer pain points, compelling events, business goals, and success measures and align MazeBolt solutions to meet those objectives
* Conduct regular touchpoints such as QBRs/EBRs and ongoing strategic reviews to demonstrate value
* Drive product adoption and usage while minimizing churn and ensuring timely renewals
* Act as the customer advocate internally by relaying feedback to product, support, and management teams
* Analyze system usage to recommend additional services, training, or solutions to maximize value
* Lead customers through technical project lifecycles: architecture design (HLD, LLD), installation, configuration, documentation, and validation
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking/security issues to ensure resilience, compliance, and performance goals
* Map customer network topologies and translate requirements into product solutions
* Partner closely with Professional Services to deliver seamless implementations
* Educate customers on best practices for using MazeBolts products, ensuring security visibility and remediation success
* Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs Sales Engineering & Pre-Sales Support
* Support the global sales team in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, product demonstrations, and evaluations
* Gather customer requirements and translate them into solution designs
* Create and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure successful outcomes
* Assist customers in preparing infrastructure for product deployment

The ideal candidate is a senior-level engineer who thrives on automation, scalability, and supporting a dynamic, hybrid workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, manage, and secure systems across Azure, AWS, Office 365, and Docker-based environments.
Oversee device management policies and compliance via Microsoft Intune across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
Lead onboarding and offboarding workflows, integrating automation and security best practices.
Develop self-service solutions and automated workflows for IT operations using tools like PowerShell, Python, Azure CLI, AWS CLI, and code/no-code platforms (e.g., Workato, Torq).
Administer Entra ID (Azure AD), including conditional access, MFA, and role-based access control (RBAC).
Enforce endpoint and cloud security using CrowdStrike, firewalls, and Cato Networks, and conduct routine audits.
Troubleshoot and manage complex network environments, VPNs, and cloud-based firewalls.
Provide advanced technical support and guidance to internal IT and service desk teams.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and mentor junior staff.

What You Will Do:

Onboarding & Delivery Execution:
Lead customer onboarding and ensure seamless go-lives.
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams (TAM, engineers) to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
Track milestones, dependencies, and risks with precision.

Customer Growth & Expansion:
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities through ongoing engagement.
Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to support growth initiatives.
Drive customer outcomes and long-term value realization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Data teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
Share customer feedback with internal teams to inform product improvements.

Reporting & Visibility:
Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and communicate updates via Slack and internal reports.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on customer health, risks, and success metrics.

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be a key contributor in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Backend Engine and application infrastructure. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure our applications are cloud-ready, scalable, and secure enabling us to stay at the forefront of our industry. You will get a chance to work on a variety of technologies, in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable features for our cutting-edge data analytics platform.
Architect, implement, and optimize backend solutions using Python to ensure seamless data processing, storage, and retrieval.
Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, tech-leads to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Continuously enhance the performance, scalability, and security of the platform and backend services through code reviews, testing, and optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies; proactively recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the platforms capabilities.

The person must have a strong understanding of the investment research process to create computer-based models that seek to predict movements of global financial markets. While prior finance experience is not required, a successful candidate must possess a strong interest in learning about finance and global markets. Candidates will have a research scientist mind-set; be a self-starter, a creative and persevering deep problem solver who is motivated by unsolved challenges.
