Established Jerusalem IT company with focus on SME and SMB customers is searching for an experienced Field engineer to join our dynamic team. Candidate will join a team providing on-site diagnostics, support and consulting to our customers and will be working tightly with our NOC /remote support team to handle larger projects and support incidents.
Requirements: Requirements
5+ years experience in IT support in the field
Networking background, including WiFi (Aruba, Ruckus), switching and VLANs, VPN and routers/firewalls (Forti, Sophos), and experience with Israeli ISP WAN services (Fiber, 4G/5G)
Experience with Windows Server environments is a plus
Windows 11 endpoint support
macOS support, MDM platforms such as Jamf/Kandji is a plus
Experience with end user support for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
Experience supporting Google Workspace is a plus
Strong cybersecurity awareness and sensitivity
Experience with RMM platforms (N-able) and PSA/ticketing systems (Autotask) is a plus
Desktop, laptop, and basic server hardware diagnostics (NAS experience a plus)
Experience with IP CCTV systems, access control, PoE networks is a plus
Valid drivers license and willingness to work on-site, front facing customers
