RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the full-cycle recruiting processfrom sourcing to signingwhile ensuring candidates feel seen, heard, and excited every step of the way.
Elevate employer brand through social media, creative content, and thoughtful outreach.
Partner closely with hiring managers across the org to understand roles, team vibes, and what "great" looks like.
Source and attract exceptional talent wholl help us grow and thrive.
Run thorough screenings and interviews with heart, clarity, and professionalism.
Champion the candidate experiencebecause its more than just a process, its a journey.
Requirements: A Bachelors degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience in the tech/startup world.
Bonus points for experience recruiting R&D talent (we really like those).
Strong grasp of social media and how to use it to connect with candidates and promote a brand.
A positive, can-do mindset with a passion for people.
Exceptional communication skills (in English) and a collaborative spirit.
Self-starter energyyou dont wait for things to happen, you make them happen.
