Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth and long-term financial stability

Lead and manage M&A activities

Oversee all financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements of a public company.

Manage the company's financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes

To lead and manage the company's financial and legal teams, including accounting, treasury, tax, and investor relations , all for a public company.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and rating agencies

Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with financial partners and investors

Be updated with information technology; implement new financial/ compliance software/ platforms as may be required

We are looking for a FP&A Business Partner.
Our FP&A team provides value-added services to company management through financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and control.
You will have an opportunity to participate in the corporate FP&A, including reporting to our shareholders through periodic reporting to be discussed by our board of directors. You will also have an opportunity to impact how we build our financial systems and processes infrastructure, to be ready for future growth.
What you'll do:
Build and develop financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking for Companys corporate units.
Maintain and improve company financial and operational models and run ad hoc analyses in various areas.
Deliver insight regarding business metrics, including a comparison to prior periods, highlighting key variances/trends, and providing high-level commentary for use by management.
Enable data-driven decisions by working closely as an "analytical arm" to department heads, building business cases that shape key strategies.
Proactively identify and analyze opportunities to drive business improvements and share actionable insights with management.

As a Controller you will:
Manage the monthly and quarterly financial closing process and reporting
Guidance, professional management and supervision of the bookkeeper
Supporting and monitoring the day to-day finance operations
Monthly and quarterly analytical reviews
Cash flow management
Development, implementation and evaluation of cross-company business and financial policies and accounting procedures.
Responsibility for the quarterly reviews and yearly audits
Working closely with internal departments and external service providers
Ensuring all statutory reporting and filing requirements
Participation in the management of the companys business operation such as thetrading activity, hedging of exposures etc.
Ad-Hoc projects as well as financial analysis of strategic decisions, daily transactions and more.
