SodaStream is looking for a BI data team leader to join our global industrial company and lead our data and analytics initiatives.
This role involves managing a team, overseeing the development and maintenance of data solutions, and ensuring the effective use of BI tools and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of BI and data professionals.
Define and manage the work plan, ensuring efficient prioritization and execution of tasks
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions and data pipelines.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability to support business decision-making.
Manage and optimize the company's data infrastructure, leveraging technologies such as Snowflake, QlikSense, Rivery, and Azure data Factory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data -driven solutions.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience leading a BI / data team in a global or industrial environment.
Strong expertise in Snowflake, QlikSense, Rivery, and ADF.
Hands-on experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud-based data solutions.
Experience in planning and managing a teams work plan and priorities.
Knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different teams and stakeholders.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
