The Marketing Associate will support the execution of our event and partnership marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Working closely with the Senior Events & Partnerships Manager, this individual will help coordinate logistics and execution for external events (including trade shows and conferences) as well as partnership-driven campaigns such as webinars and email activations. This role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to ensuring deliverables are executed on time and at a high standard.
The ideal candidate is operationally strong, analytically curious, and can evaluate performance and provide recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support execution of external events, including trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships.
Manage relationships with event organizers and partners to ensure seamless execution and strong collaboration.
Coordinate partnership marketing initiatives, including webinars, email campaigns, and co-marketing activations.
Own project management across events, partnerships, and ABM initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Act as a central point of coordination across Marketing, Content, Sales, and Event Operations teams.
Collaborate with content teams to align on messaging and promotion strategies.
Maintain organization across multiple concurrent events and partnership activations.
Coordinate execution of ABM campaigns across Sales and Marketing, including audience targeting and marketing activities tied to specific accounts
Act as a resource for AEs by connecting them to the right content, assets, and data signals at the right stage of their ABM deals.
Track ABM campaign metrics and translate findings into clear, actionable updates for stakeholders.
Manage partner email campaigns and CRM list uploads.
Provide ongoing support to the Senior Events & Partnerships Manager on additional projects.
Requirements: 2 years of experience in marketing, events, partnerships, or a related field.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting events, partnerships, or campaign execution preferred.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Able to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Highly motivated, self-starter attitude with strong ownership of responsibilities.
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Native-level English proficiency.
Willingness to take some calls in the evening.
