The Director of IS Business Applications is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of enterprise software applications that support the GTM key business functions.

This role ensures that business applications support organizational goals, are aligned with IT strategies, and deliver a high level of user satisfaction. The manager leads team leads and team of business analysts, coordinating efforts to ensure smooth and efficient system operations across departments.

Lead and manage a team of Salesforce business analysts, project managers, including hiring, mentoring, conducting performance reviews, and supporting technical and professional development.
Responsible for the design, deployment, and support of business applications.
Work closely with the internal go-to-market stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams, understanding their processes, and gathering requirements to define and manage the execution of new solutions supporting our goals and growth.
Monitor, control, and assess the deployment of deliverables.
Ensure proper documentation, training, and support processes are in place for all.
