Responsibilities
Join our Legal team as a Legal Counsel and play a pivotal role in supporting global operations. In this role you'll:
Provide practical, ongoing legal counsel on a broad range of commercial matters involving clients, partners, and vendors.
Draft, negotiate, and manage diverse commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, procurement, vendor, partnership, and data-related contracts.
Prepare and review terms of use, internal policies, and other legal documents as needed.
Partner closely with the growth and marketing teams as well as with other internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial contracting with internal procedures, risk mitigation strategies, and operational goals.
Requirements: Bachelors law degree from a leading academic institution and licensed to practice law.
3-5 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel in a high-tech B2C company (Fintech or Insurtech - advantage) or a leading law firm's commercial or tech department.
Expertise in tech-related (US focused) commercial agreements and software licensing / SAAS contract negotiations and drafting.
Experience with US privacy regulations, including advising on data usage, disclosures, and internal best practices - advantage
Experience with working with US regulators - advantage
Fluent/native-level English with excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills.
Highly analytical, detail-driven, business-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable researching new legal areas and adapting quickly as business needs evolve.
