Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including customer agreements, vendor agreements, partnership/referral/consulting agreements, and NDAs.
Enhance privacy program to comply with various privacy laws and regulations (such as CCPA, Israeli privacy laws, HIPAA) and provide ongoing guidance on data protection and privacy issues.
Collaborate closely with teams across the organization (such as Product, R&D, Partner Success) to address legal needs and implement best practices.
Build out legal roadmap for entering new markets and execute roadmap implementation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the companys operations.

Responsibilities
Join our Legal team as a Legal Counsel and play a pivotal role in supporting global operations. In this role you'll:

Provide practical, ongoing legal counsel on a broad range of commercial matters involving clients, partners, and vendors.
Draft, negotiate, and manage diverse commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, procurement, vendor, partnership, and data-related contracts.
Prepare and review terms of use, internal policies, and other legal documents as needed.
Partner closely with the growth and marketing teams as well as with other internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial contracting with internal procedures, risk mitigation strategies, and operational goals.

As a commercial lawyer, you will be working on a wide variety of commercial contracts, including services agreements and vendor agreements, privacy matters, as well as other general corporate, labor and privacy law advice.
You will:
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal contracts with clients, partners, vendors, and third parties (services agreements, NDAs, DPAs, SaaS license agreements).
Assist with labor law and privacy issues
Interact and work with the company's departments (sales, product, marketing, finance, payments) on diverse legal issues.
Perform and provide other general corporate law advice as needed.
