The SEO team leader will define and lead our SEO strategy to drive scalable organic growth across global markets for the core marketplace, with a strong focus on complex marketplace dynamics and US/global search opportunities. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who combines deep technical SEO expertise with a strong understanding of how search is evolving beyond traditional rankings into AI-powered discovery experiences. What am I going to do?:

* Own our SEO roadmap across technical SEO, on-site SEO, international SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization, ensuring the company is well-positioned for the future of search.
* Lead hands-on technical SEO initiatives at scale, including JavaScript SEO, crawlability, rendering, indexation, internal linking, structured data, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and technical migrations.
* Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure SEO requirements and recommendations are properly prioritized, implemented, and Embedded into platform capabilities and release processes.
