This is an AI-first role. You'll leverage modern AI tools to accelerate UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and product concepts, using Figma where it adds the most value for production-ready design, design systems, and quality.
What You'll Do
Own the UX/UI design of a complex B2B SaaS platform.
Lead design reviews and raise the overall design quality.
Turn product requirements into clear, scalable user experiences.
Use AI tools to speed up ideation, prototyping, and design workflows.
Maintain and evolve the design system and UX standards.
Collaborate closely with Product and R&D to ensure high-quality implementation.
Help Product Managers use AI for design while defining when deeper design involvement is needed.
Requirements: 5+ years of Product Design experience.
Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products.
Strong UX, UI, and design system expertise.
Advanced Figma skills.
Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Figma Make, Magic Patterns, Claude, etc.).
Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
High ownership, curiosity, and an AI-first mindset.
