Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and grow a team of talented UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Contribute directly to feature design and product development, serving as a hands-on design leader.

Help maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across the product suite.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices, ensuring the user's voice is present in all product decisions.

Actively participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing design talent to grow the team's capabilities.
