we are seeking a Technical Support Engineer (R&D Environments)!?Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level Technical Support for internal Wi-Fi and Bluetooth applications, tools, and automation processes.
* Troubleshoot, investigate, and analyze complex technical issues, system behavior, and product logs.
* Support engineering and validation teams in their daily technical activities and debugging processes.
* Assist with hands-on lab setup, hardware/software maintenance, and TEST environment configurations.
* Escalate, document, and track software bugs and technical hardware issues using internal tools.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Validation, and Integration Engineers.
* Operate seamlessly across both Linux and Windows environments.
Requirements: * Technical background (Degree, Diploma, or relevant training) in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field.
* Basic, hands-on knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
* Strong analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Ability to work effectively within a dynamic, team-oriented engineering environment.
