We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented controller
Responsibilities
Play a key role in the groups monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Be actively involved in the group consolidation process across all subsidiaries
Lead the groups SOX process end-to-end, including controls, testing, documentation, and ongoing compliance
Perform control and review over all subsidiary accounting activities, ensuring consistency with group accounting policies
Provide ongoing professional guidance to subsidiary accounting teams, while maintaining hands-on involvement
Support analysis of the groups P L from both an accounting and operational perspective
Perform profitability analysis at the project level
Work with internal stakeholders and external auditors
Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and reporting
Requirements: CPA certification from a Big 4 accounting firm
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
Strong accounting knowledge and financial analysis skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented approach
Experience working in a subsidiary of a global company
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
High proficiency in English - mandatory
