Were looking for a Receptionist & Admin Assistant to join our dynamic Facilities team at our Herzliya office. In this front-facing role, youll manage the reception area and serve as the welcoming presence of our workplace. Job Description:
Manage reception area and welcome guests, candidates, and company employees
Answering incoming calls and routing them accordingly
Welcoming and onboarding of new employees
Oversee Mail and Deliveries, mail distribution, domestic and international shipments.
Coordinate and place orders with various vendors such as groceries, office supplies, parking arrangements and more
Assist the different department with coordination and booking of meeting rooms
Work with various systems such as access control, facilities tickets, space planning and more.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of office suite- excel, word outlook, etc.
Fluent in English both verbal and written
1-2 year of Previous experience in a similar role (Preferred)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to adjust to quickly changing circumstances
Willing to work in office Full time: Sunday- Thursday 8:00-17:00
