To support our growth goals, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify potential customers, initiate first contact, and schedule introductory sales meetings. We are looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial, and highly driven SDR to join our sales team. As an SDR, you will directly contribute to abra’s growth by expanding our customer base, improving the sales process, and enhancing marketing and sales efficiency. Responsibilities:
* Generate interest, open doors, and initiate conversations with potential customers.
* Proactively reach out and respond to inbound inquiries (leads), and schedule meetings for the sales team.
* Conduct introductory calls and establish initial relationships with prospects.
* Work with CRM systems and lead management automation tools.
* Collaborate closely with the sales, business development, and management teams.
Requirements: Required Professional Experience:
* At least 1 year of proven and successful experience in a similar role, such as telemarketing or sales call centers – mandatory
* Experience in proactively reaching out to prospects and setting up meetings – mandatory
* Experience working with CRM systems to manage leads and track sales processes.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications – advantage
* High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English – both written and verbal. Required Personal Skills:
* Genuine passion for sales and technology.
* Excellent communication skills, self-confidence, and outstanding interpersonal skills to quickly build trust.
* Strong command of written and spoken Hebrew; English is an advantage.
* Strong execution abilities, promoting a culture of excellence, initiative, and continuous improvement.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
* High motivation to succeed and a willingness to invest and meet targets.
* Analytical skills, including data analysis and deriving insights.
