We seek a Head of Growth Marketing to build and scale organic growth engine. In this high-impact role, youll own all aspects of our web strategy, content performance, funnel optimization, and data-driven growth experimentation. You will lead key marketing initiatives that drive measurable ecosystem engagement with founders, developers, projects, and users with the web as your main growth platform.
Youll report to the VP of Marketing and collaborate with multiple teams, including product, social, product marketing, developer relations, ecosystem, and design.
Key Responsibilities
Own Web Operations & Performance: Manage main web properties (e.g., starkware.co, starknet.io, cairo-lang.org), ensuring fast, accessible, SEO-optimized, and conversion-oriented experiences.
Organic Growth Strategy: Define and execute a roadmap for organic user acquisition via content optimization, keyword strategy, technical SEO, link building and content placement.
Content Analytics & Experimentation: Partner with product marketing and ecosystem teams to test and iterate on content formats, distribution channels, and performance.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization: Build high-converting user journeys through CRO best practices, experimentation, and marketing automation (forms, CTAs, content flows).
Data & Attribution: Set up and maintain growth marketing analytics stack (e.g., GA4, HubSpot), monitor KPIs, and report performance across funnel stages.
Lead & Scale: Manage vendors, freelancers, and team members supporting growth-related activities like SEO, content ops, and marketing analytics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, product marketing, ecosystem, and DevRel to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and product milestones.
Requirements: +8 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or web strategy in high-growth tech or crypto companies.
+3 years of managerial experience, working in a highly technical, developer-focused environment, alongside product, dev-rel, or community teams.
Deep experience with organic growth levers: SEO, content optimization, site performance, and web experimentation.
Strong proficiency in web technologies and tools (e.g., WordPress, vercel, headless CMS, Google Tag Manager, basic HTML/CSS understanding).
Strong analytics capabilities and a data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Looker, or similar tools to inform decisions.
Native English or strong proficiency
