We are looking for a motivated and experienced Machine Learning Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with data scientists and DevOps professionals to design and build the infrastructure, ecosystem libraries, and pipelines that power our data science initiatives. You will take ownership of model development, monitoring, and maintenance, working hand-in-hand with data scientists on a daily basis.

What you'll be doing:
Design, develop, and maintain our machine learning ecosystem libraries.
Build and manage data science code, Docker images, and Kubeflow Pipelines (KFP).
Create and maintain CI scripts to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold high-quality standards.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, understanding and addressing their evolving needs.
Work alongside software developers to seamlessly integrate machine learning models into production systems.
Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, leveraging innovative techniques to enhance the companys products and services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing key technologies, including Okta, Jamf, Intune, Jira, Google Workspace, and Slack.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Okta for identity and access management.
Oversee administration of Jamf for managing Apple devices.
Administer Intune for mobile device management and security of our Windows devices.
Administer and support Google Workspace applications and services.
Manage Slack for team communication and collaboration.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data.
Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues.
Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs.
Maintain documentation of IT processes and systems.

What Youll Be Doing:
Develop clinical AI models to support Ks clinic workflows, with a focus on patient-facing applications
Design and implement scalable, efficient pipelines for data preprocessing, information extraction, and model training

Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with MLE and AI engineering teams to deploy scalable, robust solutions

Perform tasks at a country level associated with Site Activation (SA) activities in accordance with applicable local and/or international regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), project requirements and contractual/budgetary guidelines. May also include maintenance activities.
Home Based role requiring experience with both submissions and contract negotiations within Israel as well as fluency in Hebrew.
Essential Functions
Under general supervision, serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in assigned studies for investigative sites, Site Activation Manager (SAM), Project Management team, and other departments as necessary.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), quality of designated deliverables and project timelines.
Perform start up and site activation activities according to applicable regulations, SOPs and work instructions.
Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members.
Prepare site regulatory documents, reviewing for completeness and accuracy.
Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of internal systems, databases and tracking tools with project specific information.
Review and provide feedback to management on site performance metrics.
Review, establish and agree on project planning and project timelines. Ensure monitoring measures are in place and implement contingency plan as needed.
Inform team members of completion of regulatory and contractual documents for individual sites.
Review, track and follow up the progress, the approval and execution of documents, regulatory, ethics, Informed Consent Form (ICF), and Investigator Pack (IP) release documents, in line with project timelines.
Provide local expertise to SAMs and project team during initial and on-going project timeline planning.
Perform quality control of documents provided by sites.
May have direct contact with sponsors on specific initiatives.
