We are looking for a system Administrator & helpdesk Specialist to join our small and dynamic IT team of 3 support professionals. The role involves providing end-to-end Technical Support for approximately 200 on-site users, combining hands-on customer service with foundational IT and infrastructure tasks. Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on and remote Technical Support to employees worldwide, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, VPN, and end-user equipment issues.
* Deploy, configure, maintain, and upgrade workstations, laptops, printers, meeting room systems (Zoom Rooms / Microsoft Teams), and office Wi-Fi infrastructure.
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment preparation, account provisioning, access management, and system setup.
* Administer user accounts and permissions across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace environments.
* Troubleshoot connectivity, networking, and VPN-related issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Maintain and manage IT inventory, including hardware procurement, asset tracking, stock management, and vendor coordination.
* Ensure technical readiness of office spaces, meeting rooms, and employee workstations.
Requirements: * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a patient, positive, and solution-oriented approach.
* Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and approachable manner.
