We are looking for a highly organized, analytical Operations Specialist to support cross-functional initiatives and help scale our business processes.
This role combines operational execution, strategic support, and exposure to legal and compliance matters. You will work closely with leadership and multiple teams to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient business operations. This is a 12-month fixed-term position.
Responsibilities -
Business & Operational Support
Support and optimize cross-functional business processes
Assist with operational planning and execution
Manage contract lifecycle tracking and documentation
Legal & Compliance
Assist in commercial agreement processes (customers, vendors, partners)
Coordinate and review legal documentation (NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs, etc.)
Support due diligence and corporate documentation processes
General Operations & IT
Oversee day-to-day operational logistics and internal infrastructure
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
Coordinate employee onboarding/offboarding processes (equipment, system access, permissions)
Maintain SaaS tools administration (user management, access control, renewals)
Monitor security and compliance procedures in collaboration with relevant teams
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Legal Operations, or similar roles
Experience working in a startup or tech company - a strong advantage
Exposure to commercial contracts and legal documentation
Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B), Business Administration, or related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal English
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Strong business acumen with legal awareness
Organized and execution-focused
