Parametrix is an insurtech company working with companies around the world to provide analytics and insurance solutions for technology downtime. Parametrix operates from offices in New York and Tel Aviv.
Were looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our finance team and support daily financial operations and the monthly closing process, and work closely with management for a part time position in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Conduct reconciliation of the company's bank account and credit card activities
Process, verify and reconcile AP invoices, including preparing and managing month-end and mid-month payments cycles
Report VAT and vendor tax withholding reports to Israeli authorities
Assist with financial report preparation, audit and quarterly closing support as necessary
Support financial operations and other ad-hock activities
Requirements: Certified bookkeeper (Level 3)
Minimum 3 years of experience within a Hi-Tech or multi-national company
Experience with tax compliance (including VAT, Nikuim, Odfot, etc.)
Full proficiency in Priority software
High-level English (both spoken and written)
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal capabilities, and teamwork
Well-organized with high attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a complex, global, and dynamic environment
Experience with implementation of accounting tools - an advantage
Knowledge in preparation of payroll and related reports, including governmental regulatory filings - an advantage
