Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Support the sales team with lead management, customer database updates, and sales reporting.
Marcom, assist the marketing team with content distribution, social media scheduling, and campaign tracking as needed.
Prepare and format professional documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
Assist with the coordination of sales and marketing events, conferences, and webinars.
Manage and maintain departmental calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for sales and marketing executives.
Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Requirements: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably within a sales or marketing environment.
Computer competent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
Familiarity with ERP / CRM software (e.g., Priority) and Marketing Automation platforms is a strong asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
