We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Junior Procurement Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you'll take ownership of day-to-day purchasing activities, manage vendor relationships, and help ensure our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue and manage purchase orders end-to-end within NetSuite ERP,
ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment
-Manage vendor batch and artwork data within the ERP system and supporting tools
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships; conduct regular performance reviews
and proactively resolve supply issues
- Maintain organized procurement records, contracts, and documentation
using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive)
-Prepare and update purchasing reports, spend analyses, and vendor scorecards
-Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, product development, logistics,
finance, and e-commerce teams
-Support compliance and regulatory requirements across the supply base
- Assist in onboarding new suppliers in accordance with Cliganic's policies and standards

Requirements: Requirements (Must Have):
- 1-2 years of hands-on procurement experience;
consumer goods, beauty, wellness, or CPG strongly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system
for PO management and inventory tracking
-Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data formatting, and reporting
-Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive)
used daily for communication and collaboration
-Experience negotiating pricing, lead times, and terms with international suppliers
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret procurement data and
make sound purchasing decisions
-Excellent written and verbal English - clear, professional, and confident
in both supplier and internal communications
-Please note: Candidates will be required to pass an English proficiency assessment
as part of the screening process
- Ability to draft precise purchase orders, supplier correspondence,
and internal reports with minimal errors
- Comfortable working across time zones with global vendors
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through environment
