Marketing Coordinator - full-time, in Herzliya (hybrid model).

ESRA, a leading non-profit empowering olim and bridging social gaps across Israel, is looking for a dynamic, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to drive growth in participation, membership, and fundraising.
What You'll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on role where you'll be directly involved in both strategy and execution:
- Execute and manage ESRA's marketing plan across multiple channels.
- Own day-to-day marketing operations, campaigns and projects from start to finish.
- Create and coordinate marketing materials - newsletters, flyers, social posts, emails campaigns and more.
- Develop and lead ESRAs social media presence, building targeted marketing strategies, creating collaborations with influencers, and increasing brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms.
- Support fundraising initiatives and community engagement campaigns.
- Track, analyze and report on campaign and performance results to continuously optimize results.

Requirements: Who You Are:
- Experienced in marketing with a proven track record (non-profit experience a plus).
- Skilled in digital marketing, social media management and fundraising.
- A strong communicator and natural multitasker who can juggle multiple priorities.
- Creative, assertive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and loves making things happen.
