We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Product Analyst to join us at a pivotal stage of growth, where data drives every product and strategic decision we make.

You'll work closely with the company's leadership and Product team, turning complex questions into clear insights, and insights into meaningful product decisions.
Your main focus will be driving the metrics that matter most to us: improving retention, increasing subscription conversion, and scaling our acquisition engines, while building the analytical foundation that enables Mami to grow with confidence.
What You'll Do:
* Partner directly with company leadership to drive strategic and product decisions through data
* Turn business questions into clear analyses, actionable recommendations, and product insights
* Bring a strong product mindset to every analysis, focusing on turning insights into clear next steps
* Define, monitor, and own the KPIs that matter most across the user journey.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve retention, increase subscription conversion, and scale our acquisition funnels
* Own and develop Mami's analytics infrastructure across BigQuery, Looker, and data Studio, from raw data to executive-ready dashboards
* Build and integrate AI-powered tools into day-to-day analysis workflows
Requirements: * Proven experience as a Product Analyst at at least two B2C companies
* Experience working on an e-commerce product - a significant advantage
* Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Looker, and data Studio
* Strong SQL skills and the ability to build analytical models from scratch and visualise them
* Experience using and integrating AI tools for data analysis workflows (e.g. Claude).
* Strong product and business intuition, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
* Independent, curious, and able to thrive in a small, fast-moving company
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
