As a Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing our product strategy, driving innovation, increasing value, and leading a team of product managers to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Your Opportunity:
Lead a wide product group, consisting several product managers directly and collaborate with global product teams, leading the overall platform offering.
Lead, develop, and execute product roadmap and release planning that aligns with business objectives and sales targets, working collaboratively with all cross-functional teams.
Define, and communicate product strategy with executive management, product leadership, and other stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive differentiator, product development, and innovation opportunities.
Partner with engineering to define quarterly plans and execute them, define and implement processes that align with customer needs.
Define and measure product KPIs to ensure we deliver value and meet customer needs.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target customers and drives GTM excellence.
Requirements: 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies for B2B SaaS products.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills, including prior experience in managing product managers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
Experience working in SaaS platforms - Must.
Prior experience from a cybersecurity company - a huge plus.
Experience working with large customers, and global sales and services teams
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
