The Turnkey Validation Test and Acceptance (VTA) planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting all VTA & T&C activities of the Tel Aviv Green Line project. The role supports the Project and T&C Management in ensuring that VTA & T&C activities are properly sequenced, fully integrated with construction and engineering readiness, and executed in compliance with EPC strategy, project objectives, contractual milestones, safety, quality, and customer requirements.

What are my responsibilities?-
T&C Planning & Scheduling
Develop, maintain, and continuously update the Integrated T&C Schedule
Define and sequence all T&C phases (FAT, SAT, site tests, integration tests, trial running, acceptance)
Ensure full alignment with construction, installation, and engineering readiness
Identify critical paths, constraints, and dependencies
Coordination & Interfaces
Collect and consolidate planning inputs from all subsystems
Ensure consistency with the system integration strategy
Coordinate closely with:
T&C Manager and subsystem leads
Project Planning Manager
Engineering, Construction, CW partners, Quality, EHS, Temporary Operation team
Define priorities to meet project and contractual milestones

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
As a Power Supply Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for both basic and detailed design within the Substation Automation scope and the emergency cut-off system of railway transportation infrastructure electrical power stations. This includes systems for traction, intake, and distribution substations, focusing on remote control and monitoring, substation-level communication, and interface with SCADA and other systems. You will implement the latest standards and technologies, such as: IEC 61850 client-server communications, GOOSE messaging, Fiber optic networks, IEC 104 and OPC UA communication protocols when required by the project. Additionally, you will coordinate with Cyber Security experts and ensure the implementation of a cyber-security compliant solution tailored to the project's needs.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :
Key Accountabilities:
Prepare and execute testing activities
in support to one or several Projects on railway Power supply Automation systems under the direction of his / her hierarchy
according to the testing procedure / documentation and following POS T&C Leader and / or PrCOM instructions
Ensure defects identification and correction (trouble shooting)
In the event of a non-conformity observed during the commissioning phase, make a return experience (REX) towards the project, and ensure that all design related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context
Ensure follow-up of detected issues and deliver the commissioning reports.
Check that the test tools are in perfect working order and calibrated.
Support V&V team and perform test in lab as per request
Deliver the committed performance in terms of Quality, Costs and Deadlines and in compliance with our company policies, local standards and regulations (in particular EHS and Railway Safety)
Prepare SAT, and site test procedures; execute tests and manage punch lists.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
You are in charge of executing physical flows of the goods (purchased and manufactured items): reception, put away, storage, picking and line feeding, packing, shipping, inventory, materials handling. Your target is to align physical and systems flows.
Main Responsabilities
Main tasks:

Know and follow all safety, environmental and emergency procedures

Execute Information system update & ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) transaction before each physical movement by using IT tools (mobile device) in place in your site to manage correctly the system flow
Know and use the ERP transactions to align physical and system flows and know the interactions between them▪ Detect, treat anomalies and know how to report those that cannot be resolved to their manager
Prioritize its activities according to emergencies (manage missing parts, )
Ensure the preservation of materials during the all processes (handling, storage, line feeding, NCR, shipment, ...)
Participate in the continuous improvement of the processes by being a force of proposal

Inbound flows
Perform goods receipt in a real time using ERP system and store correctly the materials in the stock (put away)
Storage
Apply safe conditions of storage (max. weight capacity) and EHS (Environment, Health, Safety rules for hazardous materials
Update the ERP on real time at each material movements (use the mobile devices)
Proceed to scrap after receiving the management authorization
Inventory
Respect and follow procedures for inventory counting rules (blind count, stock reconciliation and delegation of authority, )
Picking & line feeding
Perform the picking and kitting activities on time in ERP (picking-list, labels) and prepare material for the production line at the expected level (parts individually identified, protected and easily accessible)
Respect the footprint
Packing & shipping
Treat the shipment request on time, realize packing, shipping activities at the right quality level
NCR logistic cell
Carry out the logistical processing of NCR (Non Conformity Report) according to the established NCR process
Track the NCR physically and in the system (segregated or jail area, blocked stock, )
Create, treat and follow the logistics NCR based on the inputs provided by the teams (detection of non-compliance, )
Work closely with quality and material planning teams on a daily basis to solve and close the NCR within a reasonable delay
