We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically curious Customer Success Intern to support our Customer Success Operations team.
Hours: 8-10 hours per week
In this role, you will become an expert in the platform and work closely with the Head of Customer Success to support enterprise-level clients with technical setup, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience at the intersection of customer success, AI tools, and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and customize templates within the platform for enterprise customers
Set up and refine brand voice configurations
Create and manage A/B testing templates to support customer campaigns
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and R&D teams on technical operations
Identify, document, and clearly communicate platform bugs and issues
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product functionality based on user experience
