As a Tech Lead within our companys Business Applications domain, reporting to the Domain Architect, you will be a key driver of our cloud‑native transformation. You will lead the modernization of legacy systems, build foundational infrastructure, and elevate engineering practices as the organization transitions to a modern, scalable, cloud‑ready technology ecosystem.

What Youll Do
Lead Cloud‑Native Modernization:
Drive the evolution of Business Applications into cloud‑first, event‑driven, API‑centric services. Work closely with the Domain Architect to design target architectures and guide teams through migration strategies.
Own Infrastructure & DevOps Foundations:
Define and implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, GitOps workflows, observability practices, automated testing strategies, and security‑by‑design in alignment with our companys modernized SDLC and Shift Left engineering principles.
Break Down Legacy Systems:
Analyze complex legacy components, identify decoupling opportunities, and lead the technical execution for transitioning monolithic systems into modular, scalable services.
Provide Hands‑On Technical Leadership:
Set coding standards, mentor engineers, review designs, and guide teams towards resilient, high‑quality backend engineering. Foster autonomy, clarity, and architectural discipline across development teams.
Partner Across the Organization:
Collaborate with product managers, architects, SRE, appsec, data teams, and operational partners to ensure that modernization efforts deliver real business value, meet compliance and reliability needs, and integrate smoothly within the broader our company ecosystem.
