We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative - Polish Speaker to join our amazing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. The Inside Sales Representative will be part of a fast-growing global FinTech company. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, creating sales opportunities, closing deals, and managing accounts. This role involves 50% cold calling, so confidence in hunting is a must.

The Inside Sales Representative will report to the Director of Inside Sales EMEA.

Weekly Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and manage the full sales cycle for the SMB market.
Optimize the funnel for Enterprise and SMB opportunities and align Enterprise opportunities with local Sales Representatives.
Proactively hunt for new opportunities using social media, industry associations, and other channels.
Understand and manage all phases of the sales cycle while handling technical and product-related inquiries.
Accurately document all activities in Salesforce.

As a CXM, You will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and success. You will be responsible for:
Implementing cutting-edge technological solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers
Troubleshooting technical issues and deep knowledge in our products to provide professional support for our teams
Analyzing performance data and trends to inform strategic decision-making
Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibility for the operation and proper functionality of computer server rooms, required to be available 24/7, in terms of hardware infrastructure, passive and active communication systems, and electro-mechanical systems
Responsible for the specification, installation, and maintenance of server room infrastructure
Leading and managing activities with service providers, performing quality control for projects in the field, serving as a knowledge center and professional mentor for various hardware technologies, including equipment cabling
Responsible for hardware updates and configurations of servers
Configuring server hardware settings
Monitoring server health and proactively addressing potential hardware Failures
Requires a strong understanding of server hardware architecture

Technical orientation and ability
Mobility - valid drivers license
Professional experience in passive infrastructure and server hardware - an advantage
General familiarity with communication equipment and Data Center infrastructure - an advantage
Commitment: A two-year commitment to the role is required.
