About the position Are you passionate about the intersection of marketing,  data, and technology? We are looking for a Marketing &  data Operations Manager to drive the backbone of our marketing engine, ensuring our tools, systems, and  data work seamlessly to fuel growth. In this role, you will connect the dots between strategy and execution, transforming  data into actionable insights and building scalable automation that empowers our global marketing efforts. If you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and love solving complex problems with elegant technical solutions, we would love to meet you. You will own and optimize our marketing technology stack, automation processes, and  data infrastructure, managing a variety of marketing and analytics systems, building integrations, and translating complex  data into insights that drive performance and growth. The ideal candidate is technically fluent, highly analytical, and a natural problem solver who can quickly understand new tools, connect systems, and ensure  data flows seamlessly across our global marketing ecosystem. This role is versatile and requires the ability to adapt, context switch, and handle multiple processes and priorities simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
* Own and optimize marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot,  salesforce, GA4, GTM, Zapier, WordPress, and Looker, ensuring all systems are configured and utilized effectively to support campaigns, prospect acquisition, and customer engagement.
* Develop and maintain integrations between marketing tools,  CRM, and analytics systems to streamline workflows, enhance visibility, and improve  data accuracy.
* Manage and govern marketing  data, ensuring consistency, integrity, accessibility, and compliance across all systems.
* Design and maintain dashboards and reports that provide full-funnel visibility from lead generation through revenue, enabling clear,  data -driven decisions across marketing and sales.
* Analyze funnel performance to identify conversion bottlenecks, efficiency opportunities, and optimization strategies across the customer journey.
* Implement  data hygiene and compliance processes, maintaining alignment with GDPR, CCPA.
