seeks an experienced Growth Product Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving upsell and revenue among PLG clients in the fast-paced SaaS industry. If you are a hands-on professional passionate about marketing, sales, and data analysis, you may be the perfect fit for our Product Marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to engage our customer base, plan and execute product-led growth strategies, and enhance the self-serve experience. Your focus will be on driving PLG customers to maximize the value of our platform and explore cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy, including email campaigns, content creation, and in-app communication to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities among our PLG clients.
Build a well-optimized pipeline to enhance the lifetime value of customers and perform pipeline audits.
Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team on defining, tracking, and optimizing the marketing campaigns to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business revenue goals.
Create educational materials such as webinars to enrich our customers' knowledge.
Track the right metrics to identify areas of opportunity. Consider new, creative approaches that impact core metrics.
Dive into qualitative and quantitative data to identify user actions and engagement rates to optimize revenue generation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, Product, Sales, BI, and Customer Success.
Requirements: 5+ years and proven track record of relevant experience, preferably within an enterprise IT software solution company.
