Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for manufacturing operations, planning excellence, and continuous improvement? We are looking for a Production Planning Sr.Manager to lead our production planning team and play a key role in ensuring the efficient execution of our manufacturing plans. In this role, you will work closely with Supply Planning, Operations, Procurement, to balance capacity, inventory, and customer commitments. What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and develop a team of 4 Production Planners, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Own the production planning process, translating supply requirements into executable manufacturing schedules.
* Ensure optimal utilization of production capacity while balancing customer service, inventory targets, and operational constraints.
* Partner closely with Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Business Planning teams to align plans and resolve supply-demand gaps.
* Monitor production plan execution and proactively manage risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints.
* Analyze key performance indicators (Schedule Adherence, Inventory Levels, Lead Time, etc.) and provide actionable insights to management.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, production efficiency, and inventory performance.
* Support S&OE and S&OP processes by providing production capacity insights, scenario analyses, and risk assessments.
* Ensure planning master data, planning parameters, and ERP planning settings are maintained and optimized.

Requirements: A B.SC in Industrial Engineering. At least 5 years of experience managing Production Planning & Control. At least 2 years of experience as a manager or team leader. An excellent command of English, good enough to lead a professional discussion. A "team player" with great people skills. Someone with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills. A tech-savvy mindset -you're naturally curious about how things work. Bonus Points If You Have
* Experience with warehouse and shipping operations.
* Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
