IDE Technologies, a world leader in advanced water solutions, is looking for a driven Project Engineer to manage the full technical lifecycle of our complex, large-scale desalination and water treatment projects.
Full responsibility for engineering deliverables and schedules in front of the client.
Integration, coordination, and promotion of multi-disciplinary design (Piping, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control).
Leading engineering interfaces from design through manufacturing, construction, and commissioning.
Daily interaction with contractors and suppliers (domestic and international): design approvals, troubleshooting, and process support.
Working with both internal stakeholders (Project Managers, Process, Procurement, etc.) and external customers.
Real-Time support and professional guidance for construction teams.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / other relevant engineering degree.
2-4 years of experience as a Project Engineer in an engineering company - mandatory.
2-4 years of prior experience in mechanical or process design- mandatory.
Experience in leading matrix teams / people management- advantage.
High-level English proficiency (spoken and written) - mandatory.
Familiarity with mechanical/process equipment and civil/infrastructure disciplines.
Previous experience in water treatment systems design strong- advantage.
Proficiency with CAD systems- advantage.
