We are looking for an Executive Assistant & Operations Support professional to join the CEO Office and support the CEO and Chief of Staff in their day-to-day operations. This role combines executive assistance with hands-on operational support. It requires being highly organized, two steps ahead, and taking full ownership to ensure everything runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks. That includes, taking care of the CEO’s agenda and the smallest of details, meeting room preparation, hospitality coordination, and day-to-day logistics for the CEO Office. Attention to detail and operational excellence are essential. The pace can be intense at times, while at other times the role requires being present, attentive, and ready to respond quickly when needed. This position requires a strong on-site presence and high availability throughout the day and evening (working from the office 5 days a week). This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in operational excellence, and finds satisfaction in making things run seamlessly behind the scenes. What am I going to do?:

* Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the CEO Office
* Manage and prioritize complex calendars while anticipating needs and resolving scheduling challenges.
