Required Medical Manager
Responsibilities
Lead a medical team responsible for the design, development, and deployment of features and product lines within (in partnership with the Product and Engineering teams). Specifically related to our flagship Risk Adjustment Solution.
Regular data analysis and clear presentation of conclusions to direct business and product decisions
Medical validation of our product and features
Closely work with our developers data scientists, and data analysts to bring medical and medical-product expertise to all aspects of R&D
Support our marketing and sales teams in the development of marketing materials, delivering webinars, attending conferences and sales demos
Manage a team of analysts (medical students) to support your efforts in the above.

The role is designed for someone who can operate independently, proactively identify gaps, extract and organize knowledge across teams, and translate complex privacy/data, compliance and regulatory requirements into practical solutions that support business execution and accelerate deals.

The position requires an in-house and business-oriented mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to lead initiatives end to end.

Key Responsibilities:


Own and manage the companys global privacy and compliance framework, including policies, templates, processes, and ongoing updates
Serve as an expert on all privacy/date compliance requirements, and regulatory framework
Review, draft, and negotiate privacy-related agreements with customers and vendors
Work closely with Product, R&D, Data, R&D, CS & Security teams to understand data flows and systems
Provide day-to-day privacy and regulatory compliance support to Sales and customer-facing teams
Enable faster deal execution by offering pragmatic, risk-aware solutions
Support negotiations with customers and partners on privacy and data protection topics
Drive the organization toward increased compliance maturity and long-term readiness
Build scalable processes that support growth while maintaining strong compliance standards

Youll report to the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations whos seen and done it all before, and will give you plenty of space and opportunities to both demonstrate your skills and expertise as well as learn and grow.

Responsibilities

Campaign Ops (40%)

Support our Field Marketing team in executing live and virtual events, with a focus on ensuring leads are routed to the right BDRs or AEs accurately and efficiently.
Support marketers in sending email campaigns.
Collaborate with Demand Gen, Lifecycle, and Email Marketing in creating personalized nurture programs.
Support our global sales organization with executing campaigns and events.
Architect and use AI flows in Make, N8N, Zapier, and/or Workato to execute tasks and other complex solutions when required.
Platform Ops (35%)

Be the primary administrator for key marketing-owned systems, including HubSpot, Clearbit, WordPress, Confluence, etc., and of course the full suite of CHEQ products.
Define and document conventions, best practices, and processes, enabling end-users to operate independently wherever possible.
Participate in the development roadmap of operational programs like scoring, data quality, compliance, lead management, AI expansion, etc.
Insights / Data Quality Ops (25%)

Monitor and manage our HubSpot to Salesforce sync, identifying and resolving errors and issues.
Be a champion of data quality. Ensure data is clean and normalized, duplicates are minimized, leads and accounts behave with each other, and attribution data is populated consistently.
Use Salesforce, and on occasion HubSpot and/or Tableau, to create reports and dashboards to support marketers in understanding performance.

Required IT Engineer
As an IT Engineer, you will be the integral piece of our company's technological operations, providing essential IT services and support to our employees. You will join our internal IT and Security team, encompassing user support, system management, physical hardware, and office infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing IT processes, automating workflows, and ensuring our technology infrastructure is scalable and secure to support our ongoing growth.
This is a hands-on position that demands both technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
User Support & Help Desk: Serve as the point of contact for all IT support inquiries, delivering expert-level troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network-related issues for all employees.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the complete process for welcoming new hires and facilitating the departure of employees. This involves preparing and provisioning laptops, creating user accounts, and ensuring secure de-provisioning.
IT Infrastructure & Systems Ownership: Manage company's IT systems and physical infrastructure, including the comms room, network devices, and meeting room technology. This includes ensuring optimal functionality, maintenance, and security.
Hardware & Asset Management: Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, such as laptops, monitors, peripheral devices (mice, keyboards), and other equipment. This includes procurement, inventory tracking, maintenance, and secure disposal. You will also have ownership of seating arrangements and other physical office IT-related aspects.
Process Automation: Identify opportunities to enhance IT operational efficiency through automation. Develop scripts and implement solutions to simplify repetitive tasks, improve workflows, and reduce the overall IT workload.
Security & Compliance: Support the implementation of information security policies, manage user permissions, and ensure that all IT operations adhere to company standards and relevant compliance requirements, including HIPAA, ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all IT processes, systems, and standard operating procedures.

As Engineering Manager (Data Platform), you will own this critical layer end-to-end - leading multiple teams responsible for acquiring, transforming, and serving healthcare data at scale.
