As a Sr. Manager, People Solutions Country Leader, youll partner with the Engineering center and country leadership team on value-add talent solutions across the people portfolio. With a small team of Country Enablement specialists, youll lead people initiatives in support of the broader people strategy and ensure core people policies and programs are effectively supported and implemented in Israel. The successful candidate will have experience in HR leadership roles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proven track record of driving organizational success through strategy execution. The Hardware/Firmware Product Security Engineer will be a member of the Product Security Assurance team specializing in security considerations for hardware and firmware components in flash storage devices (SSDs). This person will also lead the evolution of secure development practices for hardware and firmware components. Essential duties and responsibilities:

Were looking for an experienced, professional system engineer with background in medical devices. The system engineer will supervise and direct the development of new hardware platforms and respond to needs of previous platform generations. The work requires creation of system specifications, working with external engineering companies, selection of components and contributing to regulatory processes. In addition, the position involves technical supervision over the manufacturing facility, dealing with ongoing production challenges, as well as handling system-related feedback received from customers. All these must be performed while maintaining quality and safety and reducing cost and risk.

Job description:

Report to VP R&D and Israel Site Leader
Build engineering work plans and service plans based on clear KPIs
Design future HW platforms, either hands-on or using external contractors, which comprise of mechanical and electrical components, either off-the-shelf or custom made
Define and track products' changes, i.e., ECO processes and implementation
Implement new product revisions, facilitate design transfer to mass production and oversee the assembly of new developed products on the production floor
Analyze quality issues and manage remedial activities to enable production line continuity (e.g., MRB and production deviations)
Support production failure analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve products quality
Make sure that the companys design flow and products comply with industry standards. Coordinate and supervise testing in external labs.
Manage sub-contractors for assembly lines, parts manufacturing, certification status, and ongoing improvement of production processes.
Improve product robustness by maintaining and enhancing a suite of system related tests
Come up with initiatives and ideas to make the companys products more efficient and cost effective. Lead 2nd source & cost reduction activities from engineering aspects
Be a point of contact for system related issues in customer sites

As a Financial Controller you will be performing and implementing different controls to ensure proper posting in the books. You will be working with company's internal and external auditors, as well as collaborating with tax professionals to minimize tax liabilities and ensure all operating expenses are compliant with tax regulations and accounting standards. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Financial Reports: preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and p reparing the yearly tax return and tax budget independently.
Work on transfer pricing reports and TP budget, as well as p lanning and monitoring Company's cash flow.
Monitoring assets following IFRS16 and Israeli GAAP regulation.
Verify proper implementation of the company's processes and policies (P2P, Order to cash, etc.).
Provide technical accounting guidance for the group on various accounting issues and assist with ad-hoc projects such as system implementations.
