As the Marketing Director, you will be the cornerstone of our go-to-market efforts in the defense sector. You will define the messaging, drive market awareness, and generate pipeline through integrated campaigns tailored to defense stakeholdersincluding naval forces, defense contractors, and government agencies. This is a highly strategic and execution-oriented role, ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and understands how to market deep-tech products in regulated, complex industries.
You will work closely with executive leadership, defense sales leads, product, and external stakeholders to craft and execute a marketing strategy that resonates with our new ICP, differentiates us from traditional defense vendors, and accelerates growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own the marketing function for Defense verticalfrom strategy to execution.
Define GTM strategy: ICP, personas, positioning and core messaging frameworks tailored to the defense industry (government, military, integrators).
Create targeted content (sales decks, brochures, case studies, defense-specific collateral) to support awareness, education, and sales enablement.
Drive demand generation through integrated campaigns across paid, organic, email, social, and defense-specific channels.
Lead field marketing efforts including military expos, defense tech conferences, and government briefings (e.g., Euronaval, DSEI, AUSA, etc.).
Build and manage presence in the defense ecosystem: media relations, industry publications, defense associations, and thought leadership.
Analyze and report on marketing KPIs to ensure high ROI and continuous improvement.
Requirements: 5+ years experience in B2B high-tech marketing for cutting-edge multidisciplinary products and solutions.
Experience in field marketing, demand gen, content marketing and product marketing
Demonstrated success in owning end-to-end marketing effortsespecially in new vertical launches or early-stage environments.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; Hebrew or other language skills are a plus.
Comfortable with a startup and innovation-led environment and able to achieve goals while addressing ambiguity.
Self-starting, ambitious team player, comfortable with wearing multiple hats as part of a small, high-performing team.
Experience in marketing for the defense/ government/ Navy sector is nice to have
