Role Overview
Were looking for an experienced and ambitious VP of Business Development to lead our growth both on the sell-side and on the buy-side. Youll be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with SSPs, DSPs, programmatic media buyers, and direct advertisers. This is a strategic leadership role that blends high-level partnerships with hands-on business development and performance oversight.
What Youll Do:
Recruit and onboard demand partners including DSPs, agencies, and brand advertisers
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and growth
Pitch and package our dynamic CTV inventory and curated ad units to buyers
Launch and manage campaigns, ensuring optimization, pacing, and KPI performance
Build and analyze daily performance reports and communicate clear insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with ad ops and product to troubleshoot technical issues and align feature development with partner needs
Track industry trends and translate them into actionable growth strategies

Requirements: What Were Looking For:
5+ years in programmatic business development, with direct experience on the demand side (SSPs, DSPs, advertisers, or agencies)
Strong knowledge of the CTV/OTT advertising ecosystem, including ad serving, RTB, and video performance metrics
Proven track record in B2B sales, partnership building, and revenue generation
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
High comfort level with data analysis, campaign optimization, and reporting tools
Fluent English (spoken and written) must
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead high-impact initiatives
BA/BSc degree an advantage.
